I’ve been using Mercedes’ services for a while now and have never been disappointed. Mercedes understands the limits that aging puts upon the body and is glad to help mitigate this. I’ve had her climb ladders to thoroughly clean fans, chase cobwebs and even hose down my patio roof. She’s also been a good help to me in the garden. Mercedes is good company and a real pleasure to work with.
I hired Mercedes three months ago. My partner and I needed help from someone who was open minded and could meet our high standards. Mercedes completely fit the bill and makes us both feel at ease. She always arrives on time, in a good mood, and has a fabulous work ethic. She comes once a week to help with odd jobs that would otherwise be piling up. She’s been a tremendous help and I can’t recommend her highly enough!
When my mother-in-law had a bad fall and lost mobility, my husband and I pleaded with her to come live with us in Ottawa. She didn’t want to give up her life in Toronto and wasn’t interested in retirement homes either. This situation created so much stress and concern in our family.
