iHelpSeniors is a unique service for older adults or anyone that would benefit from our care- we offer help with home organizing, odd jobs, decluttering and assistance with household tasks.By listening and working closely with you-our services are as unique as you need them to be.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot offer assistance that requires lifting more than 80lBs, personal grooming, or any type of medical care.
We are here to make life easier and improve the health and daily lives of our seniors and older adults-with a big smile.
Whether it be handling your grocery list, picking up your prescriptions or general shopping, we are here to help.
You may bring us in for that initial clean or deep clean. You can book us once a week, every other week- once a month or whatever suites your needs.
We offer you companionship to appointments or medical, appointments via uber.
From cleaning ceiling fans to changing light bulbs, repotting plants to moving furniture/decluttering or organizing your home. We also offer help with navigating your devices such as computers/cellphones & even your TV remotes.

I’ve been using Mercedes’ services for a while now and have never been disappointed. Mercedes understands the limits that aging puts upon the body and is glad to help mitigate this. I’ve had her climb ladders to thoroughly clean fans, chase cobwebs and even hose down my patio roof. She’s also been a good help to me in the garden. Mercedes is good company and a real pleasure to work with.
I hired Mercedes three months ago. My partner and I needed help from someone who was open minded and could meet our high standards. Mercedes completely fit the bill and makes us both feel at ease. She always arrives on time, in a good mood, and has a fabulous work ethic. She comes once a week to help with odd jobs that would otherwise be piling up. She’s been a tremendous help and I can’t recommend her highly enough!
When my mother-in-law had a bad fall and lost mobility, my husband and I pleaded with her to come live with us in Ottawa. She didn’t want to give up her life in Toronto and wasn’t interested in retirement homes either. This situation created so much stress and concern in our family. We were so lucky to find this service. Mercedes’ TLC gives us the peace of mind that we’re doing the best for our mom while respecting her need for independence.
